FAQs

  • Individual Therapy
Work one-on-one with me in a fully personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific symptoms, history, and goals. Together, we’ll take a deep dive into the root causes of your struggles and use evidence-based strategies to create lasting change. This is not cookie-cutter therapy — it’s a systematic, individualized approach designed to help you resolve your concerns once and for all.

    Group Therapy
In addition to individual work, I offer three specialized adult therapy groups: OCD, Generalized Anxiety, and Social Anxiety. These groups are designed to complement one-on-one therapy by enhancing engagement, providing accountability, and creating a supportive space to connect with others facing similar challenges.

I’ve been leading therapy groups for over four years and have seen firsthand how powerful they can be in reducing isolation, building skills, and accelerating progress in OCD and anxiety recovery.

  • I am not paneled with any insurance company. This allows me the flexibility to work in a more comprehensive and clinically indicated treatment with clients, as insurance panels can restrict the number of sessions or limit the type of treatment. While you are responsible for paying the full fee up front for each session, I can provide you with an invoice (also known as a “superbill”) at the end of each month, that you can submit to your insurance provider to request partial or full reimbursement. Depending on your plan, you may get a percentage of what you already paid back to you, which can help to off-set the cost of therapy.

  • There is no standard length - each person coming into treatment requires a different treatment plan. The more invested (emotionally, behaviorally, mentally, financially) the faster treatment progresses. This is not traditional talk therapy and my primary goal is to get you results in the shortest possible time frame.

  • I’ve spent most of my life focused on the treatment of OCD and related disorders, and one thing is clear: the more invested you are in therapy, the more likely you are to see real results.

Specialized OCD therapists often charge higher rates so we can maintain lower caseloads and devote more energy to each client. This allows us to focus more intensely on your progress and ensure you’re receiving the highest quality care.

The truth is, you can’t afford not to do therapy. Living with untreated OCD, anxiety, or chronic pain costs far more over time — draining your income, time, energy, opportunities, and relationships. Investing in treatment means investing in freedom: the chance to move forward with your goals, passions, and life without being held back by fear.

  • No. I am integrative in that I use multiple modalities in treating OCD. I make sure that the treatment fits you and that we are applying the best available treatments in the best possible application according to your unique needs. My practice relies heavily on ICBT and rumination focused ERP/Metacogntive Therapy at the moment.

  • I am a 100% telehealth practitioner serving the states of California, Florida, and South Carolina.
