  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition characterized by unwanted and distressing thoughts, images, and urges, which lead to a strong sense of there being an unresolved problem, paired with a powerful drive to resolve or neutralize it. These attempts can take many forms, from repetitive physical behaviors to endless mental checking or rumination, often bringing only temporary relief while keeping the OCD cycle alive.

Effective OCD treatment goes beyond simply managing symptoms. Therapy focuses on understanding the role of attention, doubt, and rumination in maintaining OCD. Evidence-based approaches — including Inference-Based CBT (ICBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — are used to dismantle OCD at its root. These therapies are targeted, structured, and proven to reduce symptoms, helping you regain freedom from the intrusive thoughts and compulsions that take over daily life.

With the right support, OCD is highly treatable, and you can break free from the patterns that feel overwhelming today.

  • Anxiety is a natural part of life — everyone experiences worry or nervousness from time to time. But when anxiety becomes exaggerated, persistent, or feels “stuck,” it can interfere with daily life, relationships, and overall wellbeing. Millions of people struggle with these patterns, and therapy offers proven ways to find relief.

Effective anxiety treatment involves addressing both the underlying fears that drive anxious thoughts and the beliefs that fuel rumination. Nearly all forms of anxiety also involve resistance to difficult feelings and experiences. By cultivating a willingness to face life fully — both the comfortable and the uncomfortable — you can loosen anxiety’s grip and create space for growth, resilience, and peace of mind.

  • Chronic pain affects nearly one in four people and often leads to significant losses in income, independence, and overall quality of life. Many individuals move from one medical treatment to the next, only to find little relief and limited understanding of what’s truly driving their symptoms.

Research shows that psychological interventions can play a powerful role in addressing the root causes of chronic pain, especially when symptoms are connected to stress or mind-body processes. As someone who personally experienced and recovered from chronic pain — and has since guided many others through the same journey — I know recovery is possible.

With a structured, research-backed framework, you too can break free from the cycle of pain and psychosomatic symptoms, reclaiming both your health and your life.

Psychotherapist

For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding and treating OCD and related anxiety disorders. This work is both professional and personal—it’s truly my life’s calling. I use evidence-based, cutting-edge approaches to design treatment that’s tailored to each client. No two people experience OCD or anxiety the same way, and you deserve care that reflects your unique story.

I see therapy as a puzzle: your life circumstances, relationships, history, and values all shape the way OCD or anxiety shows up. Together, we’ll piece it together—so you can reconnect with your authentic self and live free from the grip of these conditions.

More About Me

Therapy with me is…

Personalized

Your story is unique, and therapy should reflect that. I draw from evidence-based methods like ICBT and ERP, adapting them to your personality, values, and goals.

Targeted

This isn’t passive talk therapy. Each session is focused, practical, and designed to help you break patterns and apply new strategies in daily life.

Compassionate

Therapy works best when you feel safe and understood. I offer a warm, judgment-free space to process emotions and move through challenges.

Growth

I’ll support you with care while also challenging you when needed — holding a vision of your stronger, freer self even when it feels out of reach.

Results

We’ll track what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and keep our focus on lasting change that improves your daily life.

 How do we start therapy?

1.

I offer every new client a free consultation. It’s your chance to ask any questions and we’ll both see what it’s like to work together.

2.

If we decide we’re a fit then we’ll have a first intake session. This is where we dive deep into what has been causing you trouble and together we plot a roadmap to achieve your desired outcome for therapy.

3.

We will meet at a pace that works for you and will lead to the best outcome. We will move through a fundamentally structured (yet flexible) therapeutic process that moves you closer and closer towards your goals.
